Honest Livestock Farming
Pasture-Fed Beef — Nose-to-Tail Boxes
Around the Weerterheide, our herd of French Charolais cattle grazes on wide, herb-rich natural grasslands. No industrial fattening barns or intensive concentrate feed, but a calm, natural growing process on our own land.
Natural Balance & Grazing
Our animals are outdoors on nature pastures from early spring until autumn. In winter they stay in spacious, open straw barns with natural daylight. Calves stay with their mother for the first 8 months.
Zero Preventive Antibiotics
Thanks to a calm life, fresh outdoor air and a purely plant-based diet of pasture grass, fragrant hay and grains, our animals have a very strong natural resistance. Preventive antibiotic use has been zero for years.
Nose-to-Tail Respect
By nature, a cow doesn’t consist only of steaks and ribeyes. Honouring the whole animal means eating in the proportions nature provides. The result is a sustainable, honest chain without waste.
Charolais Beef Box (approx. 12 kg / 26 lbs)
A cow does not consist solely of tenderloin. In nature, an animal yields balanced proportions of braising cuts, steaks, stews, and ground beef. By purchasing our whole-cow package, you honor the whole animal with honest, sustainable value.

Storage & Cooking Tips
❄️ In the Freezer
Every cut is vacuum-packed in sturdy freezer bags and labelled. The meat keeps its best flavour and texture in the freezer for up to 12 months.
🥩 Tender Cuts (Quick Frying)
Always let steak and entrecôte come to room temperature before cooking. Fry briefly in hot butter or lard and let the meat rest in foil to keep it as juicy as possible.
🥘 Stewing & Braising Steak (Slow Cooking)
Pasture-fed stewing beef has character. Braise it on a low heat (or in the oven at 95°C) for 3 to 4 hours with onion, bay leaf and a splash of acidity (vinegar or beer) for beautifully tender pulled beef.
Frequently Asked Questions about the Beef Box
How much freezer space does a beef box take up?
A box of approx. 12 kg fits easily into one standard freezer drawer of a typical fridge-freezer. The flat vacuum packs are easy to stack.
When can I collect my order?
Pickup is only on Saturdays between 09:30 and 13:00 at the farm at Werkmansweg 78 in Weert. You choose your preferred Saturday directly at checkout.
Why do I need to bring my own cool box or crate?
To avoid unnecessary disposable insulated packaging and to keep the cold chain intact, we ask every customer to bring their own crate, cool bag or cool box with ice packs. That way the meat stays perfectly chilled on the way home.
